1999 Mr. Wang Daode, an experienced printing engineer, established Cangnan Hualian Printing Factory.

2003

2003 First self-own plant at Hedigao, the company was renamed as Wenzhou Chengde Package Co., LTD

2007

2007 Company renamed as Zhejiang Chengde Package Co., ltd.;
Obtained the Import & Export License and customs, commodity inspection food packaging record in the same year.

2008

2008 Move to new plant at Yanhu Road;
Put into production for 3-layer PE co-extrusion film.

2012

2012 Invested in the construction of "GMP" workshop;
Obtained the drug packaging material production licenses

2019 Brand-new plant at Shiji Ave., - larger, more professional

2022 The second factory covers an area of 1.32 k㎡. The first phase of it covering workshop area 70,000㎡ was put into use for “Mono-PE recyclable Packaging”.
