Company profile

Chengde Technology (CNAS) Packaging Material Testing Center covers a total construction area of 700㎡ (with an investment of 8 million RMB), establishing a leading testing technology platform in the flexible packaging industry. Following the implementation of the new national food safety regulations on September 6, 2024, the center has been newly equipped with over 20 sets of internationally authoritative testing instruments.

It possesses more than 80 testing capabilities, including chemical properties (aromatic primary amines, heavy metals, plasticizers, migrants, etc.), physical properties (coefficient of friction, tensile strength, heat seal strength, etc.), barrier properties (oxygen transmission rate, water vapor transmission rate, etc.), and microbial limits (total plate count, E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, etc.). The testing accuracy reaches internationally advanced levels, meeting the full-dimensional quality assessment needs for flexible packaging products in the food, pharmaceutical, and daily chemical industries.

The center has established a comprehensive packaging experience system, covering key indicators across the entire chain from raw material performance to end-use applications.
